Rule 8
To warn and send in writing for action

(1) In the course of monitoring according to rule 7, if it is found that there is any kind of irregularity or irregular work in any government office or public institution, the center may alert the head of such government office or public institution and the employees directly involved in such work in writing.
(2) In the course of monitoring according to rule 7, if suggestions given to a government office or public institution are not implemented or any irregularity is found, or if suggestions or instructions given by the Center are not implemented, the head of such office or institution or the relevant employee may send a written notice to the relevant agency to take action in accordance with the prevailing law. .
(3) In spite of being alerted according to sub-rule (1), if the relevant head or employee does not make any improvements in the work being done by such government office or public institution or if he/she does not comply with the matters alerted to him/her, the center shall keep a record of such head or employee before the authority for necessary departmental action against him/her. If any other action is to be taken according to the prevailing law, it should be sent in writing to the Abuse of Authority Investigation Commission.
